I knew nothing of the florists near Old Saybrook, but the website and my conversation with the proprietor of SHORELINE FLORIST assured me that I was dealing with a quality and professional operation. The flowers were the perfect selection: glowing, golden, autumnal tones, and a variety of textures that was so eye-appealing. I could not have been happier with the presentation selected. SHORELINE FLORIST is really worth its superlative reputation.

I cannot express enough disappointment in the poor quality of the bouquet, the lack of flowers, and the condition thereof. At a price point approaching $100 this is embarrassing. Quite the poor Mother’s Day recognition, apologies to my wife.

Was surprised by the delivery fee. Right up until the end of the checkout process it seemed like the delivery was included. Would have appreciated more transparency in the process.

The Easter Flowers were beautiful and well received. They were delivered on time and with a smile.
